Following on from the fire brigade, police and ambulance services, a family doctors’ practice also recently decided to invest in the driving course for emergency vehicles.
Since PROCentrum meanwhile has a great deal of experience in driving courses within the disciplines mentioned, the expertise offered by our centre was also called upon to providethis tailor-made training course.
In consultation with the principal and in accordance with the Optical and Alarm Signals Regulations 2009 [Regeling Optische en Geluidssignalen 2009] , a long-term training plan was set up, whereby the participants are trained or further trained in both theory and practice for driving marked emergency vehicles.
Meanwhile, the first training courses have started and other family doctors’ practices have also already enquired about the possibilities and the cost price for this training course.
